The Post and Courier - Spartanburg is conducting its fourth annual Spartanburg’s Best contest. We invite you to nominate Hatcher Garden in four categories we are listed: Best Family Attraction and Best Place to Take Out-of-Towners under the Politics and City Life section and Best Annual Event or Festival(Twilight in the Garden) and Best Place to Celebrate a Birthday under Arts, Music and Entertainment section.
