We’re thrilled to announce the opening of Hatcher Holistic, a collective of like-minded individuals offering both group and private sessions centered around building community, mindfulness, and well-being. Our offerings will take place indoors as well as outside within the serenity of Hatcher Garden. We are located on the 2nd floor of the Hatcher Garden Office (the white house), right in front of the beautiful garden, beginning the first week of September.

Here are some of the offerings:

BREATH, BODY, BLOOM: A SPRING MOVEMENT SERIES
Saturdays | 10:30 - 11:00am
Activities Deck, located in the back of the garden

Join Kristin Shook for a 12-week mindful movement series in the garden. This gentle practice invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and move with the natural rhythms of spring.  Each session offers a supportive space to explore mindful movement, integrate breath, and awaken the body in a peaceful outdoor setting.

MINDFUL MOVEMENT WITH KRISTIN SHOOK
Mondays and Thursdays | 4:00 - 5:00pm

Mindful Movement is a journey into deeper awareness. This practice explores intentional movement aimed at building body awareness and supporting nervous system regulation. You will integrate breath and movement to release tension and cultivate a greater state of mind/body presence. Mindful Movement is a supportive space to breathe, move, reflect, and grow.

FULL MOON CIRCLE
Beginning Saturday September 6th 6:30-8pm

Led by Suzanna O’Brien, the sessions meets on the New Moon and Full Moon of each month. Join us under the early autumn skies for a 90-minute ritual blending yoga, breathwork, movement, meditation, and journaling to harness the transformative energy of the Corn Moon and Blood Moon Eclipse for release, clarity, and renewal.

MINDFUL READING
Beginning Thursday September 4th 5:30-7pm

Led by Rhonda Crosby, the group meets the first and third Thursdays each month from February to April. This is a space to reflect, connect, and grow through conversations inspired by our current book, The Mystic Jesus: The Mind of Love.
