Join us for the return of the Bluegrass Music band, Split Rail, featuring band members Stan Elgin (mandolin), Ray Harper (fiddle), Philip Arnold (banjo), Doug Todd (bass), and Gene Holdway (guitar). An upstate favorite with 30 years of bluegrass under their belts, they will be performing their “Consumable Bluegrass Music” in the Children’s Garden. Previous engagements include the Spartanburg Philharmonic. They performed at the Spartanburg Public Library Headquarters In January 2026 in their Music Sandwiched In program. Rain or shine, bring a chair and a picnic dinner.
