Arts in the Garden

  • Hatcher Garden & Woodland Preserve 820 John B White Sr Blvd Spartanburg, SC 29306 United States (map)

Arts in the Garden is a celebration of the vibrant art community in Spartanburg and in our region. Over 20 artists will be demonstrating their unique craft and selling works from 10 am-4 pm.

Wander the paths of Hatcher Garden at this free event while discovering local artists, live demonstrations, hands-on activities and art inspired by the beauty of the natural world. Vendors will be on hand to provide food and refreshments.

Not only will this event be a feast for the eyes, but your ears will be satiated by live entertainment as well. Enjoy live music from Tipton Jones-Boiter, a gifted singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist (and artist) and Rian Moneypenny that afternoon. Take a rest and sit a while.

Multi-talented musician and artist Tipton Jones-Boiter will be performing from 1:00 - 3:00 pm at the The Gathering Space in the Children’s Garden.

Musician Rian Moneypenny will be performing from 2:00 - 3:30 pm at the Overlook Terrace.
