Fresh From the Garden

Generous Gift of Japanese Maples from Prime Outlets Gaffney...

We were recently offered a very generous gift of mature Japanese Maple trees from Prime Outlets Gaffney. I worked with various Hatcher Garden Board Members and Roebuck Nursery, selected, moved and planted 7 large, beautiful Japanese Maples in various scenic locations throughout Hatcher Garden and Woodland Preserve. Peggy Henderson, our assistant Horticulturist, and our great volunteers dug the holes and prepared the locations for these trees.

Please plan a visit one day soon and enjoy a leisurely stroll through the Garden to view these lovely gifts from Prime Outlets Gaffney.

We would like to thank Prime Outlets of Gaffney for their generosity in donating these trees. This significant donation will enhance the beauty of Hatcher Garden and Woodland Preserve.
