Are pets allowed?
No. There are no pets allowed at Hatcher Garden and Woodland Preserve for the safety and enjoyment of all of our visitors and natural wildlife.

How much does admission cost?
Admission is FREE (but donations are greatly appreciated).

When is Hatcher Garden open?
Hatcher Garden is open 365 days a year during daylight hours.

Can I get married here?
Yes! There are several locations throughout the Garden where a wedding can be held. We can accommodate up to 110 guests. You will need to reserve space in the garden for your wedding. See the Weddings and Special Events page (under the Rentals button) for more information

Can I have a meeting, a party, or a family reunion here?
Yes! Hatcher Garden is a perfect place to have a meeting or a party, but there are some things to keep in mind. You will need to book the garden in advance. For more information, see the Meetings and Parties page (under the Rentals button) for more information.

Do you allow Photography?
Yes! Amateur photography is always welcome at no charge. For professional photography the fees and booking information are available on the photography page (under the Visit button).

What can I do at Hatcher Garden?
Come have a picnic, walk on the trails, bird watch, or go on Jeff's Plant Walk. Come relax and once you have fallen in love, become a Hatcher Garden volunteer.
